We walked from the main street up to the Ryokan, over quite a steep and windy road. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our very kind hosts. We had two capsules in a shared bedroom, the other guests were barely noticable. Lockers are available to store valuables and luggage. The shared room was okay, nothing too special. The public area is very nice on the other hand, with little tables you can sit around with your friends. There are public onsen as well. The staff were very kind in helping us dress in the yukata provided, we had a great time!

Reasonable price dormitory on Mar. 2020 that ¥3,300 (≒ $30 USD) wow! There is no Corona, but there are tasty local beers🍻

For the price, I can't complain. The place looks relatively new, and I felt that the photos here on Google Maps and on Booking.com don't deceive. The Cafe area was very relaxing with comfy bean bag seats, relaxing music, and a cozy feel for enjoying a drink, snack, or place to work/study. The staff was very friendly and worked really hard the entire time I was there! I stayed in three mixed dormitory on the first floor, and the area was clean and quiet. Not much space to store belongings besides a locker that could fit maybe a carry-on suitcase. The onsen has natural spring water (nice!), but the bath itself was quite small. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay (6,000 yen for two people without meals) in a very laid back and beautiful area, this might be your place! Note: If you plan to leave the ryokan on foot (e.g. to get food/drinks), prepare to walk steep hills (not recommended for young children, elderly, or those with physical limitations).

Wonferful ryokan up in the hills. Loved the experience. Can't believe it was so cheap.

Idk when they clean the bath but on 27/12/19 it was really dirty. Everything else was ok
