The location of this sharehouse is amazing. I absolutely loved the town, and the people there. However, the management can be incredibly unresponsive at times. The communal facilities were not well taken care of. Many things were broken, and took a long time to be fixed, if they were fixed at all. Examples of this include the men's toilets having an open drainage vent that let the smell out into the toilet and hallway and, the air conditioning in the living room, neither of which were attended to despite consistent requests both in person, and via email to management. This left me parting with my own money in order to provide cleaning chemicals, and fragrances to try to mask the smell as best as possible. It is a shame, as when actually speaking face to face with management, they were very friendly. Overall, if you are staying in a single room, I'd plan on making it a shorter-term stay, before finding somewhere else. However, think of you are going to be renting one of the bigger, self-contained rooms, which have their own shower, toilet, and kitchenette, then this would be an ideal place to live; it is a beautiful town with lots of great night life, shops, beautiful scenery, and great transport links.

This sharehouse is appalling. Lots of problems; The smell in the men's bathroom is awful; myself and other former residents complained and they did nothing. Still smells awful The smell coming from the drain in the men's shower room. Lots of people complained but again they did nothing. The gas burners in the kitchen; when cooking you hear a beep and it goes to the lowest flame leaving you unable to cook. The walls are astonishingly thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the neighbouring rooms. The kitchen is dirty; look in the microwave it's unacceptable. The cold water tap in summer doesn't work so you might as well have a glass of boiling water instead. People using the washing machine in the early hours of the morning. Most people who live here are antisocial so if you were hoping to chill in the living room throw that idea out the window. The door to get in from the ground floor was broken so if you came back past 11:00 at night you couldn't get in. I have seen 4-5 cockroaches in the sharehouse; this is due to MANAGEMENT leaving tons of bags of rubbish in the storage room. I had my 10kg basmati rice, 5kg popcorn and tons of cooking spices STOLEN and thrown away by management. In December last year the AC broke and I was studying in the kitchen (I had a desktop pc on my desk). It took them 4 MONTHS to get it replaced! The AC in the living room doesn't work so me and my friends couldn't go in there as it was far too hot (in summer). (Numerous emails sent to management STILL NOT FIXED) The manager in an email sent to me wished he had thrown my stuff out when he took it from the kitchen. (Nagata) The list goes on and on. Interwhao have not got their priorities straight. The good things about this sharehouse is the location and the view from the balcony.
