Drove here all the way from Nagoya in the Golden week holidays. It wasn't too much crowded. Parking fee was ¥.500 for each car. A shop is located at the entrance and exit where you can eat and drink whatever you like. The place itself is very soothing and calm. Slightly dangerous if not areful as the cliffs are pretty steep at some points but otherwise it is a very good spot for children and families.

Pokemon GO already stopped people from suiciding and the view is great. I'm not sure if this worths a trip to Fukui though, or they will have much more foreign visitors, but if you come this is the must see of this prefecture.

Smaller than in the pictures for sure, but it was really fun climbing around and getting some amazing pictures.

It was raining when we got to this place... Still offers spectacular scenery

The cliff it has a fantastic view. When we visited its raining so we are not able to ride a boat to see more of the scenery.
