Quite fantastic from beginning to end. Excellent service, in-room dining, and onsen hot spring. The service is non-intrusive, almost invisible, but always there in every detail.

One of the best Ryokan hotels in this area. Excellent hospitality, food, as well relaxing hot spring. Can't wait to come back.

To be clear, it's perfect. The food is perfect, and the customer service unknowingly makes the next reservation when checking out with a pleasantly polite customer service. Ishiba is a wonderful inn that Japan is proud of in the world. My hobby is traveling, and I have traveled all over the country, but I have never met an inn more than Ishiba. Perfect in everything.

I was very much looking forward to the meal. Maybe it was because I asked for it out of the room, but the hot food was a little cold, and although it was a simple dish I liked, I came back without getting the satisfaction I expected. I have. Asaba-san, who serves dignified dishes during the Ayu season, has been given a boost this time, with hot foods hot and cold foods cold. I still don't know if I went there once, so I'd like to go again someday!
