Staff is always nice and accommodating. Once you get past the non-Western (small) rooms it is a very convenient and comfortable hotel.

Good hotel nicely situated near a station and massive LaLaPort, with economical rooms. Plenty of parking for guests with cars, and a decent breakfast. However, as is my complaint of all Japanese hotels, the mattress was hard as a rock. I know that's their preference, and there are people who like that, but I don't and neither does my back. That doesn't take away from the overall hotel though, so still a good place to stay if you're in the area.

Nice hotel, clean. Location very convenient: on one side the train station; on the other Lalaport, a large shopping mall. Breakfast is quite good, but the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner. Only a few of the staff speak good English.

Really nice rooms with clean and new interior and very close to the station. But it is a little too close if you want to have it silent for sleeping. Around 5 am the first trains start and the last was close to midnight. Otherwise it would be 4 *
