I LOVE this place. I stayed there for 2 weeks in March 2016 and for 5 days in late January- early February of 2017. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds. The room TV is very good. Both times I have stayed, the rooms have been very quiet without any noise from the other guests. Most praiseworthy is the hotel staff. Everyone treats me so well and could not be nicer. Of special note is Emiko, a sweetheart of a lady with a great smile and attitude. Her nice smile and happy presence makes a nice place even better. Everyone else is wonderful too. Even though my Japanese is very limited and their English limited too, I had no problem understanding them or they understanding me. I will definitely stay here again. A nice stop over when you do business in Sagami-ono. Also, the hotel is very close to a number of nice restaurants and great shopping in the Sagami-ono station.

フロントの方が非常に愛想が良く好感がもてます。チェックインの際に「前回はWi-Fiルータをご利用されておりましたが今回はどうなさいますか？」と確認してくれたり、外出して戻ってきた際には顔を見ただけで正確な部屋の鍵を出してくれたりと、サービスのレベルが高く感動しました。
The building is a bit old, but the price, service, quality, and location were the best for a business hotel.
Close to the station, convenience store, supermarket, drug store are very convenient.
It is somewhat old, but it's clean from the price and it's not bad.
The walls of the room can be heard quite well, so beware of large farts.
If you want to use wifi, you have to offer the front desk to rent an access point. The speed is perfect.
The curfew is about 2 AM.
