The bed was very confortable but... Its terrible if you don't speak Japanese because they doesn't speak English or have the tablets in English. And when we booked this place they say that the breakfast is included and they say that it's room service but at the morning when I was going to order my breakfast in the tablet said (only in Japanese) that all the products are sold out.

I have used the same group Hotel in other prefectures and I booked the room without hesitation because the cospa and the service were excellent. I didn't do a thorough survey, but I was sweet, but... It was the worst I have ever used. At the hotel around 23:00 to the front desk First, there is no one. I called by telephone at the front desk, but nobody answered. After waiting for a while, the employees finally came from inside. Correspondence checks in without problem. During the pre-payment process, an unexpected big G appears. Well, I told him that G was everywhere at that time. But I'm sorry about the room. It is unavoidable that the building is old, but dust and hidden hair are everywhere... on the futon, washbasin, bath. In the corner of the room, there is dust that you can see. I understand that G does not come out. I ordered a welcome drink, which is a free service, but I did not come after 30 minutes, so I called the front desk. Nobody comes out again. Finally arrived after spending several times. At this point, I had been thinking about staying, which should be fun. I changed my mind to watch the movie because I had a big LCD TV, but again, the hotel menu did not open on the TV, and I could not see the VOD with all rooms and I didn't understand it. I couldn't feel like listening to the front desk anymore, and the tension was falling. It was a bit disappointing because it was quite expensive because of the Friday charges and telephone reservation. I learned that you shouldn't worry because the group is together.

Among the hotels I have ever visited, it was the lowest in customer service, structure, and cleaning. First of all, there are no people at the reception and there is no guidance. The target VR was not available because the software was sold out, and morning was an insane reception from morning till 4 o'clock. The aunt who received the phone call was really unfriendly, and when she called the front desk about how to use VR, she had to download the software from the terminal, but it was already sold out. There are too many channels that do not reflect TV, and the quality of this hotel is really low. The dust was collected in a fine place, the lighting was broken, the wired service only needed a bath, the free service was almost only for members, and it was difficult to understand. There are no hotels that have contacted customers so much. Even if only the homepage is cool, I think that it is a matter of time for the contents to collapse.

I was troubled that the water did not flow at all if the drainage of the bathroom was not cleaned. If you do not become a member, you can not rent shampoo etc. and it is inconvenient. As I can not help, I became a member, but most were out of stock and could not be borrowed. The wire of the dryer is also short and difficult to use. I will never go there again.
