The room is nice and has a great view. The bed is King-size, very comfy pillows and beddings. Yet bathroom essentials could definitely be improved. Breakfast buffet is quite disappointing (given this is 5-star hotel) with limited option and seating area is quite hot. Also, they charge 3850 yen/h to access the swimming pool which is shocking to us. They said it's "high season" but still that price is way too much..

Outstanding stay. Executive rooms provide Gorgeous views, large, comfortable and tasteful space, and the whole property is clean and impressive. Top floor cloud bar has some nice wine selections on argon tap, and a nice bourbon selection. Exec breakfast was very good and with great view of the rising sun. Looks like the less positive reviews involve some degree of crowding (too many people) which I did not have. Everything and everyone was polite and efficient, pretty much to a tee. Maybe the best, most balanced efficient and courteous service I’ve ever experienced.... now that I think about it. And I’m a jaded multi-decade frequent traveler. Subway access was easy, but a bit far if you’re lugging a suitcase. And Fukuoka subway is easy to figure out, and for me was extremely punctual. I’ll stay there again next visit.

Softest pillows ever. Soft Blankets. Super Clean. Great Maids and service. English is okay here as well. Building connects to a lot fo restaurants and shops. Great Stadium View, great transport options from hotel. Location a bit out of the way, but the view is worth it. 5 star for you guys thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel. Restaurants are pricey, but good food. Good mall nearby, with some good food options, a small shopping mall and a gallery inside the hotel. My room was tiny, though tidy. Showers, as usual in Japan, terrible. Japan need to understand they are a way back in regards of hotels. Such a beautiful country with such mean hotels. Nice staff.

Beautiful! Great morning breakfast and right next to the stadium and mall. Couldn't ask for a better place and stay. In room massage was great and the top floor bar over looked the water and Fukuoka. Very professional staff from top to bottom!
