Nice room with breakfast, you can make you own combination of breakfast.
I used it for lunch

There is no reception, but the female staff immediately responded and guided me to the seat picture.
I ordered a recommended daily lunch of 750 yen and it was a fin cutlet
Free refills of rice, soup and salad for daily lunch
The food was delivered by the time I got the salad and soup, it's fast

It's a little far from Mito station, but the room rate is reasonable and I often use it when I go to Ibaraki.
It is a first-come-first-served basis and an extra charge, but it is also a high point that you can secure a parking space even during consecutive nights.
The building is old-fashioned, but the front desk is friendly. Considering this price for the room, it is more than the point. I have some doubts about how to make it, but ... (laughs) Since there is only one elevator, I think it will be crowded at check-out on Saturdays and Sundays. If you check in by 9 o'clock, there will be udon service and drink service. If you like natto for breakfast (including beer), you may be very satisfied with your stomach. I was rather satisfied. I wondered if I could stay at this price again.
