Very good value for this place. It's a dorm so your sleep experience will depend on other people being respectful or not. Besides that it's very well situated and very clean. They even let me and my friend check in at 2 AM! I wish there was more common areas and more than 1 shower and bath per floor.

This hotel/hostel has a non-refundable policy but due to COVID-19 my trip to Japan was cancelled. I reached out to them and they agreed to refund my full amount. (Which two other places refused) When I get to go to Japan I will definitely be staying with them!

Was meant to stay here with my sister. Due to corona closing Aus and Canadian borders we were unable to go on our trip. Everywhere else was accommodating and understanding (and we will be making it up to them by staying with them when we eventually go) except for Playsis. They felt sorry for our situation but couldn't waive the non-refundable policy lol. I know this is a normal policy, but these are not normal times, and this is the only place to keep to maintain this sort of policy during this time. Appalling. Will be finding somewhere better when we eventually come to Tokyo.

Best place ever in all of Tokyo, the location is strategic and you can get from here anywhere in Tokyo. The most important part is that the stuff are very very friendly and they speak English very very well. If you want to really make new friends while in Tokyo this the most social friendly hotel ever. 10 minutes walk to the skytree. I'll certainly go back here again.
