In the case of the private in-bath room, it is an annex, but now it is a substitute for a sword, and it was very kind and responded promptly to complaints about the washing machine. The room is furnished with furniture for long-term business travelers, so it may be mistaken for a Leopalace room. However, there is no microwave oven, it is not a washing toilet seat, and the building is not new, but it is clean. I can hear the sound of the train, but it's not so painful. There is no convenience store nearby, but there is a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, and it is enough to store it in the refrigerator, which is more economical than a convenience store. I am satisfied as a cospa with half board.

5000 per night is enough. My aunt is running, and I have to go around the pachinko parlor until I move to the room because the room where I stay and the reception and breakfast building are different. Since there is no HP, you can only make a basic reservation by phone, and neither LAN nor environment exists. Room is tatami + futon, and there is kitchen or one-handed pot or chopsticks, but be careful as there is not shave or comb, toothbrush or yukata. The washing machine (200 yen once) was exposed to the corridor half-field but it was operating normally. Apart from that there were towels and dryers, and there was a convenience store nearby, and I wrote variously, but personally I felt no inconvenience for staying overnight. There was no place to stay only here in the situation where the lodgings around were completely destroyed by reservation, but it was saved.

It's neither good nor bad. But the hot water of the bathtub is dirty, I want you to soak after you wash your body. Well, it will be the manners of the customers, but most of the customers are not only construction and civil engineering people.
