The hotel itself is good. Very convenient location between two train stations. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the room (I stayed in a non-smoking room on the third floor) lacked circulation. I felt like if I didn't have the air conditioning on, I'd suffocate from the lack of air. Aside from that, no other complaints. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I have business in the area.

Good business hotel, JR station is right next door, Keikyu-Tsurumi station is only 2mins away. Convenient location with plenty of F&B, pharmacies, convenient store & supermarket.

Delightful welcome from the desk staff, clean and tidy, large room with comfortable beds, extra pillows in the cupboard. Great view from the window.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 6.5 years every time I'm on business trip. It still feels like brand new. Right next to the train station. Staff are super friendly. They speak english.
