I like the service. The hotel staffs are SUPER awesome, they are kind and make me comfortable to stay here. The hotel location is not bad. 5 to 10 minutes walk from the JR Hamamatsu (need underground pass little bit). However, they are no convenience store closed in the area (but there are in the walking distance). Unfortunately, the room need some update. The air conditioner need a massive clean-up or replacement (its work well but a little bit dirty..). The shower head need a replacement as it was broken (not really mass broken, but you can feel when hand it on). Otherwise, the hotel is in a good cost-performance. The breakfast was OK.
This hotel not changing much trough out the year. I’ve been here so many times since it is very close to train station, only 5 minutes walking distance. Room is small, quite bit old however since this hotel is quite minimalist, not too much sign of wear are available. The amenities is quite complete. Adjusting the AC and watching TV is a little bit workout for me, since it is only written in Japanese.
Services are good and humble, breakfast are standart, almost no change at all day by day.
A small, clean, quiet business hotel. The room is simple and plain. The front stuff is very nice. There are computers for rent for 500 yen /stay and printer for free. The breakfast is simple, and not so good. coffee bar and softdrinks are available next to front from 2 pm to midnight for free.
Very helpful staff and a great breakfast
A very pleasant stay in this hotel. We got a corner room in the highest floor of this hotel with a good view. We also liked the airco plus aircleaner in the room. Clean air, even in the elevator of the hotel.
Very cheerful and professional staff. Also important: close to the Shinkansen-station. Most guests were business-people which made the atmosphere very quiet and professional.
