I was not impressed about this place. Although it is quite clean. No elevator, so it was quite difficult to bring big luggage to 2nd floor. The beds were very bad with two levels with very long ladder (like climbing to the roof). Air condition (warmer) were not worked well. During my staying in November, It took few hours before the room was not cold and the floor was still quite cold. Forget about cooking since this place just provided pan and pot without knife and others cooking equipment. The room design for space is not too good (so it is quite packed for three persons).

Ideal for families with children. You can stay as if you live.

It was a room on the first floor. There was a smell of drainage. You have to go to Gion by dragging heavy luggage until check-in .... It's all too inconvenient. I will not stay there again.
