Great hotel and management. Best Japanese experience in a Rayokan. Stayed here with my wife and kids during the 2002 World Cup and we all still remember this place with fond memories. Hope I can visit again one day!
The food is sashimi, Anko nabe, etc. ;Japanese cuisine. They are so good deal and good taste. People near living visit this hotel and hold a feast on every weekend. The ambiance is clean and comfortable.

Fortunately, I stayed at Mito because I was able to eat the angler fish that I had dreamed of for a few years.
It was delicious 😃
Relax with a room meal 🙂
Besides, it was a volume that made me a big eater. (I ate too much and swallowed too much rice wine, which was also delicious 😅)

Anglerfish had no odor and matched the taste of the fish (made with miso), which was a delicious taste that could not be made at home. 〆 was porridge.
It seems that you can just eat at the restaurant.
I am happy that I have achieved one of the goals of the trip.
The room was a Japanese-style room and I was able to relax.
A 3-minute walk to the Nakaminato Fish Market, it is a convenient location for souvenirs and shopping.
(Since the area around the hotel is a residential area, you cannot see the scenery.)
