We've just spent 5 nights here and we loved it. We could tell the hotel has only just opened a week after being closed for a couple of months because of Covid because there were some cobwebs on the balcony but that's really the only bit of constructive criticism I have to offer. The staff were so helpful and friendly; they also offered a very convenient shuttle service to nearby restaurants (drop off and pick up). Spending time by the pool was just what we needed after being cooped up at home for months. The golf course looked beautiful although I don't play golf. I have to also mention the burger. The 2800 yen burger is the best burger I ever had. We slept so well, the beds are amazing. Local restaurants are fantastic.

Great restaurants. Nice pool, but can get crowded as many families vacation here. Cozy rooms with massive beds.

The ritz private beach in closed and we were sent to an other beach, where we were asked to pay 6000yen to enter ...!! Plan that include diner is not recommended ( you’ll have the same food that you got in the morning which is unacceptable for the price you pay. ) The rooms are clean but location isn’t good

This was hands- on the best hotel we have been to in Japan. The service is extremely good and professional. Every staff knows everything of everything and are super helpful. Not to mention that every member has probably studied abroad and speaks perfect english !!! Food is good & rooms are amazing. The pool is super cozy. You can spend your entire stay at the hotel with no shame!! The only thing is that we expected an access to a beach within the hotel when we booked - but anyway the weather wasn’t permitting. So it ended being the perfect choice for us!!

Great top tier resort with peaceful atmosphere.. but the pool was too cold when it rains.. enjoyed the breakfast.
