We really had a hard time not knowing where to get the keys from, we asked but they sent us japanese instructions instead of english. The phone helpline was worst whenever we asked they put us on hold. The room was nice but the hallways smells.
Very difficult to find the hotel but room actually quite big .. good accommodations.
Front desk is in another building 30 mins away, makes no fxcking sense. I didn't know until I'm at the front door of the building and realised there is no front desk. Staff says that the check-in instructions are in the special instructions section that you'll never noticed in the email. And you'll only receive the email when you book a room, in my case is non-refundable. So even if I notice the check-in instructions, I still have to go to the building 30 mins away just to check-in.
The room itself is ok, fully functional kitchen, BUT, there is no kettle nor microwave oven nor woks in the room. I called the front desk regarding this issue, the staff says I can pick up a kettle from the self serve section, but it's out of order. And then my only choices provided by front desk are, wait until next morning maybe someone will fix the kettle, but no guarantee, or pray for some other guests to return a kettle that works. What a bloody 3 star hotel.
Clean and comfortable. Little far from the station though.
Too late check in and too early check out, check in instruction not clear enough, the check in location is too far away from the hotel building, doesn't make sense, also 500yen per baggage stowage in the lobby, that was extra from other hotel.
