It seems that this tea room was once relocated to Kofukuji Daijyoin in Meiji 25. It is said that along with the Oki record of Todaiji Shiseibo and the Rokumokuan of Kofukuji Jingin, it was said to be the "Yamato Sancha-ro", and the only remaining thing was this Hachimokuan.
