Great facilities and great customer service! The food was pretty good too (we got it as part of the package). Breakfast was a bit disappointing and if you eat a lot, the meals may not be entirely filling. The room facilities were amazing though and free refreshments were offered upon arrival. The place was small and quaint. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful, situated far from the city. Getting here via taxi was very simple and the staff were more than happy to help arrange for a taxi to help us back to the city.

Loved our stay here, it was so relaxing and enjoyable. I miss the private onsen we spent most of our time in. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The meals were amazing, the exquisite detail and flavors of kaiseki dinner and breakfast were an unforgettable experience.

Before applying goto, the accommodation fee for one person is 30400 yen. The title of the Yahoo Plan was that they enjoyed the ultimate in hospitality. but… When I arrived at the inn at 14:15, earlier than 15:00 check-in, the male staff who came out to respond did not even let me enter the lobby (because I am going to clean it), so I went somewhere and took some time. After 14:30, other guests arrived one after another. When I went to the front desk to ask if this was strange, another male staff member took me to the lobby. What was the salt response earlier ... Write your name on the name book, check everyone's ID card with goto, and then start attending the room. However, the guided room is clearly different. Looking at the paper held by the attending female staff, the name is wrong! In other words, a takeover mistake.
