We stayed for 5 nights and due to arriving late and leaving early, we never checked in or checked out, but had no issues while we were in the apartment (202 from memory). Location is only any good id you have a car, which i would recommend for travelling the island. Very helpful tips for food and how to use things like the washer etc My only problem i would say is that the mattresses were either cheap or need to be replaced, my wife had a mark on her back from a spring in the left hand mattress while i just found it uncomfortable . We have overlooked the mattress in the review as we think it's worth more than 4 starts, but maybe just not the full five...

New, perfectly clean, functional apartment (about 40m2) fully equipped with all amenities (even washer&dryer). Great value for money.Private parking. Good starting point for all trips around Okinawa.

Clean and spacious lodging with good parking. BUT, one important note: 1. The Snowball online photos show ocean views, but you might end up with no view at all.We reserved our apartment (202) more than 4 months in advance, we visted there during the off-season and we stayed for 5 consecutive nights. With all that in mind, we were pretty disappointed to arrive and discover we had zero view of the water, but instead had a 2nd floor balcony that looked directly at a neighbouring house (which was in pretty bad shape). We still enjoyed our stay, but it was heartbreaking to travel 11,000 KM to tropical island, to be only a few hundred feet from the water, but to discover the view from our lodging was of a rundown concrete building across the street. When we asked the staff if they could give us a different room they just said "no, sorry" and that was that. Huge bummer. Still a nice place, but they should make it very clear when a room has no view, before booking. We would not have stayed here had we known there was no view.
