Only cooking is decent and everything is useless! Bad place → The room is small anyway. There is only an outlet for the TV, and it is troublesome to change it every time you charge the mobile phone or use the kettle. There is no washlet. The landlady's son? The attitude of the man in the kitchen is too bad (reverse to the customer) It takes a long time until the hot water of the bath comes out. At night, all the lights in the corridors and stairs are turned off. 23:00 is the curfew. Do not take a bath at your favorite time (17: 30-23: 00) The water pressure in the shower is weak (only chorochoro comes out) There is no hot water in the wash basin (you have to wash your face with water even in the winter morning) There is no elevator (stairs even on the 4th floor) The parking lot is small. The laundromat in the annex is old, it doesn't clean even if washed, and the dryer doesn't dry at all.
