We stayed one night in this hotel and we have nothing to complain about. The stuff is not really speaking english but we still could manage to communicate.
The room is really nice and the bathroom clean.
The breakfast was amazing, they offer really a lot of different kind of things. It was really a pleasure to try everything. The staff was really nice and tried to explain as best they could.
We would definitely stay here again. 😊
Horrible place.
Room was absolutely filthy in every corner.
If the score rating could apply a zero then box ticked.
Fell way short of standards experienced in other japan hotels.
Would go as far as to say this is worst hotel ever have stayed in and believe me when I have travelled extensively over the years.
Avoid room 1101 at all costs.
An upgrade to their best rooms being a deluxe twin for more space, well....dread to think what the other rooms are like.
Hotel staff extremely challenging to communicate with even with the aid of Google translate and their own dictation device.
It was that bad we checked out and cut our losses by 3 nights.
Simple and clean , near to city, restaurant
A budget hotel near Hamamatsu station. Walkable. There is another Kuretake hotel nearby, don't get confused. Check properly.
