The hosts are lovely. Simple Japanese style hotel with amenities close by. The lake view is also amazing.
Awesome Ryokan. Despite being near a busy road, quiet. The 10 tatami mat room was clean. Despite Corona issue...well stocked with tissues and toilet paper.
Affordable. And great value for price.
The land ladies are really kind. Views from the windows to the lake are beautiful. Right next to kasumigaura bike course.
The onsen area showers are a bit weak...take long time to heat up. So does the tap water in the sink.
Other than that.....great place to stay. Especially if you are on a big bike trip and need rest.

The room is clean but not clean
It smells pretty much because I didn't wash the pillowcase
The room bath only uses water, so use a large bath
The shower at the public bath is bad and the hair is hard to wash.
Refurbished and the toilet in the hall is beautiful
Note that there are no vending machines in the building.
Because the room key is out of date, it takes time to close

Just rehomed and beautiful
At home
I stayed there three years ago, but the interior was very beautiful if it was renovated. There were no complaints about the taste or amount of food. It is suitable for use by a large number of people because there is a large banquet room, but the small bathroom is a little disturbing. The people in the hotel are also kind and I think it's a very nice place, apart from being far from the station.
