Just refer to Mervyn Tan's very good review. A seamless combination of quaint, hip and calming atmosphere. A classic off the beaten track moment and very much worthy of your time.

A little quaint town/village with lots of cafés and handmade accessories around in this area. Love the peacefulness here! Great place to chill at.

A unique district which has a kawaii area - a collection of preserved shops- single n double storeys which are now occupied by retail shops, cafes, restaurants or just residential homes. Shops here are generally small n of kawaii decor! Some vintage shops here also retail garments, Knick knacks, paraphernalia from days gone by. There were a few trendy local designers who also have set up shop here. All this makes for a very interesting stroll, also many locals come equipped with the latest photography gear to snap that ever elusive perfect picture. The streets are small, slightly narrow but comfortable for walking with little traffic. Do check out the smaller lanes as they often lead to an interesting shop or cafe. This area is approximately 5-8 minuets walk from the station. With many quaint shops one can expect to spend about an afternoon here- 3 hours including a leisurely rest for coffee/tea or snacks. Well worth a visit or 2 for the whole family.

No matter where you make a mistake in the exit Rest assured that it is not so far away. From exit 1 It is safe without rain.
