Very central, trains at doorstep. Buffet breakfast and refreshments throughout the day. Excellent english speaking staff.. rooms were abit small and check in is at 3pm Convenience store onground level. We'd stay again.

I wanted to leave a review because of how stellar their customer service was, I stayed for 2 nights in December, and it was a near last minute booking. I didn't even notice I had booked a smoking room. The two nights before my trip, I realized I booked a smoking room....... I panicked, since I was past the free cancellation date. So I gave the hotel a message hoping for the best. Within 2 hours, they came back saying they had a non-smoking room for me. I was relieved. As I arrived, as promised I was given a non-smoking room, and it was delightful. I don't do reviews very often but Hotel Intergate definitely stepped up in accommodating me and I am very thankful. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Japan.

Hotel is good and close to Tokyo Station’s and others as well. English speaking staff is excellent. The only bad thing is the beds and pillows. If you have back and neck problems sleeping here can be a bit uncomfortable.

Room for two nights. Just nice for a solo Traveller, decent sized washroom and comfortable bed. Right next to a subway exit with a convenience store on the ground floor. Turn the corner and head straight down that road and you're in the heart of Ginza.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location! This hotel is newer, very clean and modern. I stayed in a single room and it was small, but standard for Tokyo. They provided fabric refresher, shampoo, body wash, etc. which was nice. Room was cleaned each day and they did a great job! The location is superb,
