Futako Tamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu

I stayed here for a business trip. I had a very bad experience . For a business hotel , there weren’t basic amenities of service . Although I stayed for an extended period of time , for an odd reason I was made to pay and rebook was every three days, which meant I needed to move all my luggage too everytime I moved rooms.

Very nice comfortable hotal. But, Anti-Korean hotel. Be careful

Very nice hotel, friendly bilingual staff, reasonably priced hotel with nice facilities and easy access from FutakoTamagawa station.

Breakfast was good with a decent selection, my room came with a kitchenette and balcony, but was internal facing (a wall) so not really useful. Had WiFi issues on more than one occasion with the staff not offering any solution. Beds made up as twin singles and no flexibility to move me to a double or make them up as a double instead which was frustrating (and uncomfortable). For tourists I would suggest staying much closer to the centre of town.
