the hostel is pretty nice, but the reception cant really speak english. i had such tough time try to talk to them. Also, the private room is pretty expensive so i thought there’s be a private bathroom but there’s none.

After making a reservation with Rakuten Travel, I contacted at 15:00 on the day of my stay if the room was full and could not be announced due to a system error on the travel site. I had already arrived at the site and was in great trouble, so I asked him to look for an alternative hotel, but I didn't get in touch with him at all. Even if there is a system error, I think the contact at 15:00 is too late. And above all, it was very difficult to hear because the man who responded to the phone talked sloppyly.
