At the time of this writing Google averaged the reviews at 3.6. To me this is a five star hotel. It's beautiful, well-run, and spotlessly clean. What I especially enjoyed every day was the large well-stocked fresh breakfast buffet. The coffee is served in the small round cups - be sure to put it on a saucer! That's the way it's done!
I must be honest, the restaurant had an exceptional ambiance with various plants bordering the dining area. The service was fast and well coordinated. Here is why l am giving 2 🌟, l was hungry at that time and only after the third or fourth course did my hunger begin to subside.
A good basic hotel. 3 restaurants - Japanese, Chinese and a buffet. Also an izakaya next door. A small shopping mall is attached. Hotel has an onsen which is worth a visit. Also a bus stop for transit to Narita and to Tokyo station. It's where we always stay when we go to Kashima.
The quiet and cozy hotel for business purpose. We can reach hotel by bus from Kaihim Makuhari bus station.
Unforgetable experience during stay this hotel with good taste breakfast and cozy ambient.
Over all Japan is wonderfull country with good managable transportation even costly.
Hotel is pretty nice for the area. The rooms are really dated though, and they do not have wifi. Wifi would have infinitely improved my stay of ~2 weeks. It made working challenging.
