Great location. 2 mins walk from Nara JR Station and Matsuya. Supermarket and Seria are in JR building too. Though some of the hotel rooms might be facing train tracks, you don't really hear noises from trains. Really convenient if you use airport bus or JR back to Kansai airport in the early morning.

It has everything you need to spend a wonderful couple of days. Good price/quality balance. We're coming back for sure.

Very nice place to stay for a day. Just walking distance from Nara station. Breakfast has Japanese and western style . Parking lot is available. It's is also near the cycle renting shop, so we rent a cycle and handover it at end of the day and went to hotel which was convenient for us.

Definitely my best 'value for money' hotel in Japan so far. 3700 Yen for private room with double bed and own bathroom! I have paid double that amount for nights where I still had to share the bathroom. Only downside for me was that they were really strict about the 3 p.m. check in time, which I think is a bit late, and unnecessary if the room is already available. However, they do have a baggage drop off before and after your stay.
