Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay

Convenient location to the Tokyo Disney Parks. The unique dinosaur theme and robot check in made for a fun experience. The actual check in process may have been slower, since you had to do everything yourself using a tablet and payment machine. Room and bath was nice, although the bed was a little stiff. Buffet breakfast was excellent for a hotel.

A very nice hotel. Self check in. Robots on the lobby, amusing for kids. Nice room. Very nice service. Shuttle to maihama st.

I loved my time here. I would definitely return. The staff brings fresh linens and towels everyday. You are also provided with pajamas and slippers each day. The robots are a fun addition! There’s a grocery store across the street, and there’s a shuttle bus that takes you to and from Maihama station (right next to Disneyland/Disneysea). There’s also a restaurant for breakfast downstairs. I loved the Japanese style bathroom (beautiful, big soaking tub) and bidet, made the experience more “Japanese”. Wish I could thank all of the staff myself!

There was a high pitched whine in the room and I could not locate the source so I had to sleep with ear plugs in. The robots were a gimmick, the ones supposed to check us in failed to work and the one in the room failed to switch to English so it was useless. The bed was comfy though and the room spacious compared to other accomodations in Tokyo.

Simply one of a kind experience.. we are greeted by a dinosaur at the front desk which is off course a robot that help us check in and out. The hotel is nice and cozy but don't expect a spacious room
