Horrible Hotel.
We made the reservation and received no communication from the hotel so when we arrived nobody was there and everything was open, we slept on an open room and in the morning still nobody was there and everything still open, the floor mat was awful and the size of the room for the price also was awful we reserved an airbnb for half the prices and twice the room. PRO TIP: if you arrive at 7 pm you can sleep in the rooms there and take a shower, everything is open and nobody there.
Bad service
advice
Don't choose this one because of its cheapness and good-looking photos!
My friend and I suffered a big loss here in the spring of 2019
The host is a mainlander, targeting petty-bourgeois self-help travelers (people who speak Chinese, especially Taiwanese)
1. Accommodation regulations are very difficult
The check-in time is only two hours! (PM16:00~PM18:00) There is no counter at other times.
2. The host may charge you twice after the trip!!
If you miss the check-in time to arrive at the hotel, but there is no counter, you have to call the host to ask if you can check in. The host will not let you in because of your no show. If you want to ask him to let you in, although the host agrees to let you in, after receiving the accommodation fee, he will leave a record of your no show on the booking website.
More importantly, because the booking website will think that you are no show, the website will charge your credit card and distribute the money to the hotel as compensation for the hotel’s business losses, so it says... .. You have paid the hotel twice for accommodation! (At this time, you must clarify to the booking website, this will cause you to still need to deal with the deduction and repayment between the booking website and your credit card bank after traveling, which is extremely troublesome)
3. The host is a mainlander living in Japan, not a Japanese. It seems to be polite, but in fact it is not. Everywhere use tricks in the accommodation regulations to trap the lodger, and even make you may be charged twice. Because he is proficient in Chinese and not good in English, he specializes in Chinese-speaking people.
4. Some rooms do not have spring mattresses! The quilt is directly laid on the tiled floor to let the guests sleep (in some photos, he deliberately did not take the floor, so that you can not easily notice that some rooms have no spring mattress), and the quilt on the floor is not solid When you sleep, you will directly feel that the floor is hard and the room is very humid, which makes it uncomfortable for people to get up the next day with backache and back pain.
5. Don't be fooled by the seemingly beautiful decoration photos. In fact, the scene is actually simple and cheap decoration materials with no texture. The sound insulation is extremely poor. The sound of cars passing by the road at night is similar to the Japanese style you have lived in. The situation is quite different in hotels that are simple but solid materials. The whole is like living in a cheap motel. Since the operator is a mainlander, he put the mainland cost down culture in the hotel. To be honest, it feels like living in the mainland.
Ask consumers to keep their eyes open
A motorcycle broke down in Kyoto during the Hokkaido Touring process. It is decided to stay in Kyoto until repairs are completed. If you hurry around a motorcycle shop and look for an inn, you will miraculously find this inn in Fushimi Ward! I do not know the market price in Kyoto, but the price is less than 5000 yen by direct contact (^ ^) It may be cheaper if you go through various sites (^ ^)
4 nights until repair is completed. It seems to be able to spend comfortably (^^) It was very helpful to respond to sudden inquiries (^^)
Convenience stores are relatively close, but there are no easy-to-go restaurants nearby.
Clean, stylish interior, 4980 yen per person per night, less than 2500 yen per person, especially recommended for couples
