Daily Apartment House Fushimi IVY

I very rarely post to complain but this place is terrible. When I first arrived, I tried to check for insects as I know Kyoto do have roaches. At first when they made me visit the apartment, I didn't see any. The lights were already on when I arrived. I emptied my luggage, got my stuff ready for when I will be back to cook from the grocery shopping and left. The place seemed a little shaddy but for the price.... When I came back, ths nightmare started. From the moment I turned on the light, there were roaches crawling happily in the entrance and kitchen. I was completely petrified. I entered the room further, and then there were some more running on my stuff and everything, a real nightmare for someone who can deal with one or 2 insects but not so many. Even with the light on, they didn't even tried to run away or anything. I had to leave the premises, find another hotel late at night, pay for the new one knowing the other nights at that place wouldn't be reimbursed and because I went to a regular hotel, I had to throw some food that would spoil because I wouldn't be able to cook them. I spent the following day trying to find a new place to stay and this wasn't easy as everything was booked or super expensive. Basically reserving there ruined the first 2 days of my trip, what a waste of time, money and energy. Think twice before reserving that place. Also very noisy and not very clean.

Apartment full of everything. Good location close to the metro and a supermarket very provided right in front. Check-in half an hour in advance by a very helpful girl, the owner agreed to pay by credit card and it was much more convenient for us to avoid cash. In the common room there were 2 washing machines and so we could do the laundry. Despite what you read in some reviews did not find noisy, we were staying on the top floor on the side of the railway.
