It was ok. Very close to bus and tram. A half hour drive from the airport. 24h reception.
A sad, dirty, uncomfortable place for a stupid price: 140000 yen (about 130 dollars), on Saturday, for a cell that they call double room.
Furthermore, you can eat the worst breakfast in all Japan.
Please! avoid it!

It is about 10 minutes by car from the Shimodori shopping street. It is less trashy than in front of the station, and even if the hotel parking lot is full, it is easy to use because there are many nearby parking lots.
I often check in at around 6 pm, drink the alcohol I bought at the convenience store, and take the tram in front of the hotel to the shopping district for a meal.
There are amenities at the entrance, but I like tea pack coffee because it is fragrant.

We strongly recommend that you do not make the room a designer room! It's more expensive than other rooms, but it was hard to use. Especially, I was worried that the position of the bed was wrong and that there was a lot of dead space. The bed can be easily moved if you don't like the position ...
The hotel's WiFi has been weak for some time, but now it's improving. However, I can't know the access destination without asking the front desk. The connection destination displayed by the floor name was fake.
We arranged the hotel at the request of the guest. If you think that you were able to invite us at a reasonable price because you made a reservation during the Rakuten Super Sale, Corona will contact you 5 days before your stay to close the entire building. We couldn't make arrangements for the hotel we were guided to because the rooms of the same class were filled.
I had prepared a plan for accommodation from Tokyo, but suddenly closed for corona measures ... I'm afraid I can't make a reservation.
