Convenient and beautiful hotel. The staffs were friendly and could communicate in English. The hall was relatively big and quite comfortable to fit the standing crowd of about 200 pax. Would love to attend an event here again
I attended a professional even in one of the Terrsa's larger convention halls. Although I had no interaction with staff, the room was well suited for the event of about 300 people. The sounds system worked well, and the room looked very professional. The only complaint that I have is that the room was so hot, many of us quickly started to sweat after entering.
Very accommodating, able to help foreigners with zero Japanese and extended our stay no problem last minute at the same price we booked originally
I am a little
I have been using Terusa many times. First of all, it feels really good to have the front desk staff respond politely and appropriately every time.
I think it's wonderful as a gateway to Kumamoto and a very warm welcome. And what impresses me every time is the restaurant.
The restaurants here in Telsa are all of high quality and listen to the selfishness of our customers. I had you prepare it early according to the time before. Thank you very much. Thank you.
The manager's attention is to take off his hat. I felt that it was the best response at the entrance to Kumamoto. The food is good and the taste is delicious. The mackerel ponzu is excellent, the steak is delicious, the dessert is served cutely, and girls will be impressed.
I expect higher quality than this.
