Staffs are as polite as most Japan hotels but don't speak much English. Breakfast is just mediocre. I had stayed here for 5 night consecutively but there was no one room available for so long so I booked two rooms instead. The bigger one was OK in terms of space but the smaller had a really compact bath room which was not convenient to use. By the way this hotel has quite some varieties of rooms on booking apps but the only difference among them is the price. Probably the more expensive the more spacious.

Very Bad Start. So it is raining hard from a tropical storm, sight seeing isn't a good option. It is 11:50 am and check in is 3 pm; NO EXCEPTIONS. It isn't just this hotel, it's the Japanese way; no flexibility on rules. In China and Hong Kong I have checked in as early as 11 am. There is no business center and they will not let me sit in the restaurant. So I sit in the lobby trying to work on my computer. Yes not starting well.... UPDATE.. Well I have to eat my words, at 2:05 pm, the receptionist came to me and said I could check-in now. An exception!

nice for stay , very comfortable

I have stayed several times, but this time I stayed for day use. It can be used fully from morning to evening, so it is ideal for remote work. Free coffee service and lunch are also available, and there are various shops in the area, which is very convenient and recommended. The room is also quiet. Wifi sometimes ran out, so it would be great if you could improve it.

I used it on a business trip for a week. The facilities are average and the appearance is very beautiful. The location was good and the staff were very friendly.
