Good value for money, 6 floors, close to Fuchinobe station. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak a little english. There is a privately owned restaurant attached. There is tv, microwave and pretty good amenities in the room which has average cleanness. A 4G data enabled handy smart phone is provided in each room for your stay and you can use as much as you like on the go ( no voice calling). Recommended for locals and tourists.

I always make a reservation online and secure a parking lot by phone. It is easier to secure a parking lot. It costs ¥ 1000, but I think it's safer and better than the nearby parking lot. Closer than anything else. Even if you have something left behind in your car, you can go without going through the front desk because the elevator goes directly from the floor where the room is located to the floor of the parking lot. It doesn't matter whether you carry the room key with you when you go out or leave it with you. The room is a little small, but the price is cheap, so I wonder if it can be helped. Although the refrigerator is small, it is always available, so you can cool it in various ways.

It's also my fault that I accidentally took a smoking room even though I hate cigarettes, but first of all, the smell of the room is strong. The moment you enter, the cigarette is soaked in & mold? A strong odor like that came in. It smells so much that I tried to change it to a non-smoking room for an additional fee, but it seemed to be full and I couldn't. Even if I opened the door of the room all the time, the odor that had permeated did not improve, and the futon and pillows also had the odor. I don't know about non-smoking rooms, but smoking rooms are hell. You should be prepared for the smell when you take a smoking room. It was very disappointing because the front desk was very friendly.
