We had a really good experience, the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit tiny, but very clean and well equipped, they give you all the amenities you can need during your stay without even asking for it. We stayed two different times and both rooms had amazing views over the city, it totally worth what you pay for, the fitness room and common areas feel very clean and comfortable. The only detail I could complain about is the poor quality of the coffee, we asked for 1 brewed coffee and 1 americano, they both looked like white tea and tasted like water, it felt like they reused the previous load, as a result we didn't drink it, we left on full and the other more than 3/4 full, and they didn't even care about it. Still I recommend it, very well located. And there's many good coffee options in the area.

Fresh hotel. Friendly staff. Easy self check-in and check-out. Small rooms as always in Japan but with pretty good space for luggage in the room we had! The biggest downside was that the hotel had the hardest beds of the three hotels we stayed at while in Japan. All and all good value for your money!

The rooms are clean for the low price and the separate toilet and shower is very convenient. Great service and there is even a room tablet to control the TV and air conditioning. The location was very good as it was so close to Tokyo station and the fish market😀

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is super convenient with metro and convenient stores nearby. Although the room were expected to be small, it was clean, organized, and stylish. And the bath house is always a plus. Highly recommend!

Nice cafe downstairs. Better than expected although the rooms don't feel very together. Bed is pretty ordinary in a very 'cube' compact style. But you're expecting this. Provides Excellent value for the area so deserves top marks.
