English speaking manager that helped me out. You use a vending machine to check in that has a funny english accent but is easy to understand. Very clean and the sheets were lovely. The wifi password was a little harder to find as it wasn't in the room that I could see, it was in the elevator and by the reception.

It is convenient to use an IC card to check in, elevator, room key, and check out. I inadvertently locked up my card when I checked out, but I'm comfortable with that. It's a little far from the station, but it's within walking distance.

Although it is a breakfast-only restaurant, I think that there are quite a lot of repeaters because of the very good service content. It was good to be here at a large supermarket or family restaurant separated by a road! I'm sure. For dinner, guests can procure at supermarkets, convenience stores, etc., and it seems that there are many consecutive nights. Both check-in and out are room-key and cashless. I think the quality of the Wi-Fi service is high and the speed is capable of teleworking. 😃! 😉
