Good location in front of a bus stop. The room was pretty clean and I liked the bathroom which separates the shower room and the bath tub. People at front desk were really nice.
Lovely hotel! Everything great, we have loved our stay there. Large, clean and comfortable rooms with all you need.
Really enjoy two night stay at what felt like a newish property.
The hotel is excellently located in the Korinbo Shopping District, with a myriad of shopping, dining options nearby.
Key sights such as Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en Gardens are also within walking distance, whilst the Kanazawa loop buses and shuttle for other key sites is a quick walk from the hotel.
Rooms are on the smaller side of things, so couples may prefer to get a bigger room type if possible.
Breakfast can get busy if the hotel is full, so be prepared to wait. Basic Japanese and Western options are available.
Service is friendly, but I did find the front desk staff's English levels a little lacking.
Good location for sightseeing. Rooms are clean but small, a standard for Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can check-in and check out using a machine if you're in a rush.
Nice clean rooms, very nice staff, we had a great time and would stay again. Also many items for brunch.
