Friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Thoughtfully designed in detail! The small mom and pa style store with fresh fruits and veggies right across the entrance of the hotel was a bonus! Perfect for a hotel with small kitchenettes in the rooms. Love the location! It's walking distance from the bright, high end Ginza, yet quiet enough to stay. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with the family or friends near Ginza. The hotel is brand new, very clean, with very convenient amenities: room with Japanese bath - which is great, small kitchen, large rooms to accommodate family of 4, friendly staff, vending machine and laundry room at ground floor. All very clean and very comfortable.

Room is nicely decorated and kitchenette facilities are well taught and convenient. Spacious and well allocated baggage area. Perfect for my family of four. Especially loves the heated toilet seat and powerful water pressure. Location is close to many train stations. Only few minutes walk. Highly recommended for family with children. Keep up the good work Mimaru!

We spent two weeks at this hotel. We basically moved to Tokyo for those two weeks and used this hotel as base camp. The hotel is 2 blocks from a Subway station and 5-10 mins from other Subway stations that will connect you to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. The line that goes from Narita and Haneda is literally a 5 min walk. The hotel itself is super clean, they come and change towels and garbage everyday and then a couple time they did a refresh of sheets and a whole cleaning . It is like living in an apartment, cups plates cooking utensils, stove fridge, washer/dryer, outlets were all set for north american wattages, etc. We were travelling with two teenagers and took advantage of the bunk beds. Our experience was great, the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
