Very spacious for Tokyo. Easy access to Ginza, Tokyo station, and tsukiji. The area is calm and scenic at night. There’s a convenience store right next to the building. What’s not to like?
We loved it both in Tokyo and in Fukuoka. Bigger than your average hotel room in Japan. We loved having a balcony and relaxing there in the evening. Check in was very easy and we were delighted by the cleanliness of the place. Will stay again when we visit if we the place is available!
This is a horrible hotel. We booked through AirBnB, and the listing said they had cookware. We arrived only to realise there was none, and that we had to pay 500¥ to RENT the very basic utensils we needed. The front desk was never attended to, meaning any queries we had went unresolved. Our hot water stopped working, so neither of us could shower for a period of time. During this period, we were barely able to contact anyone about this issue as there the front desk was empty. Eventually, we found a number to call in the welcome brochure, which end in us waiting a decent amount of time before someone came to our room to fix the issue. Aside from this, the hotel was otherwise clean and comfortable. I will not be returning though, as I felt they were deceptive in their ad, and they were not at all attentive to the needs of their patrons.
Affordable and close to train station, very spacious for being so close to Ginza.
