nice cozy place. you'd better go to Meiji Village when you stay here.
Strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room
I used it when I returned home in August.
I was traveling with a baby, so I was looking for an inn with an indoor bath in a Japanese-style room and found it.
The room was on the 2nd floor, but since there is no elevator, the staff will help you move the stroller.
There is also a large communal bath, and my husband was happy to use it.
The food was very delicious and I was satisfied.
I posted a photo. Above all, the view from the window was wonderful.
I was able to see the fireworks on the day of my stay.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
For the purpose of going to Meiji Mura, I searched for the nearest accommodation and made a reservation.
The facility was built after a long period of time, and it was more like a training facility with accommodation facilities than an accommodation facility.
There are 10 rooms on both the 1st and 2nd floors, all like Japanese-style rooms. There was also a banquet hall that doubled as a large communal bath and a training room.
The room seems to have been renovated. It was relatively beautiful. Wi-Fi was also connected crisply.
Dinner varies depending on the course, but I chose the standard course on this day.
The appetizer [small bowl, appetizer] bowl was delicious. Subsequent sashimi is Thai, bonito? Was not good. I put crushed ice in a glass bowl and put the sashimi on it, but it had a fishy smell.
However, the grilled food after that was very delicious. The matsutake mushroom sandwiched bamboo grass grilled with flatfish was the best kaiseki course because of the scent of matsutake mushrooms and the taste of flatfish.
Finally, the chestnut rice, red rice, pickles, and dessert were pudding a la mode style.
The next morning's breakfast was soup stock, salmon roast, Hoba miso roast, hijiki seaweed, red soup stock, natto, seaweed, rice, and pickles. I was not good at Hoba miso, so I ate rice with natto and salmon. Without Hoba miso, it would be like Matsuya's morning set meal.
It's a quiet place on the shore of Lake Iruka, but it was a pity that there were many people with children and I could hear the noise in the room.
The staff are very kind. The view from the room is wonderful. I didn't know that the water was delicious at the time of the meal, so I almost ate it. Make sure to drink local sake and Beer. The food is of course, the best. The hot springs are small but various types, cute 😁. Open-air bath ❣ I want to go there again soon.
