This place is incredible and awesome. I'm simply overwhelmed by this wonderful place, it offers a very interesting experience. I went to see specifically the yellow pink building. It was lovely and a great area in terms of design and feel. I really enjoyed the reversible area. That was lovely. There also several terraces and rooftops which provide a light breeze in the summer. It is a 10 min walk from Yoro Station which is another beautiful experience in the summer. There is a staff at the front desk who can give information to help and facilitate and interact with the art pieces. The museum is like a maze, every turn surprised me. The artwork here is a large scale and most of them are embedded in the museum. The art displayed is clever and mind-blowing. The entrance fee for adults is 770 JPY and its worth it. Spare a day to experience and appreciate the incredible area along the way up and down, chill at the lawn and just wander around. There are beverage machines on site. The museum is very popular and is busy on a weekend, the car park can get quite full. I recommended wearing sneakers only because the area quite has many slopes. I have been to several famous contemporary art museums in the world, this is by far the most special one, and it gives me a reason to come back one day for sure.

This site feels like an interesting spatial exploration brought to life! You get a chance to experience so many types of spaces - tall, short, tight etc, that goes up and down and sideways too! I think its great fun, and sometimes exciting as the floor goes sideways on you! Its a great way to spend a day (together with a visit to nearby Yoro Falls!) when you're in Nagoya!
