For those who know apa hotels, they have small rooms... But really functional... So this one is following the same pattern... But being newly opened rooms are definitely better than most other apa hotels.
And with the go-to campaign, hard to think much when it's less than 3000yen per night.

The house is near, but I had a business from early morning the next day, so I made a reservation from Rakuten Travel and stayed there.
Since it was just completed and I used GO-TO Travel, the price was cheap, and I was able to stay for about 1500 yen with a coupon!
It was on the top floor of the 14th floor, and the apparel was free.
Disinfection and non-contact measures were perfect
It's a pain to have an ice machine and a microwave only on the second floor, but it's easy to access, so it's good if you just stay.

It is a convenient place with a supermarket convenience store nearby, about 6 minutes from the nearest Akasaka station, a little 10 minutes on foot to Tenjin.

New and beautiful APA Hotel
Breakfast is not as good as the APA hotels in Osaka and Kyoto that I used to love
The bathtub of the room bath is a new type and is slightly wider than before, so it was nice to store hot water.

It's a very small room like Apa, but it may still be a problem because you can put your luggage under the bed. The bed was large and comfortable. The bath is narrow and the shower is weak. I stayed on the 14th floor but the view was good. Wi-Fi seems to be assigned to each room, so it was connected comfortably.
It was hard to come because there are only two elevators, but it may still be a problem because there is security on the first floor.
The front desk was a good impression, but I'm a little disappointed because there were only two chairs to sit on.
At the convenience store, there is Seven-Eleven at the end of the signal that you went a little, and if you go a little to the opposite side of the convenience store, you will find Super Max Value.
There are good points and bad points, but I think it is a normal hotel for Apa.
