Impossible to sleep because of unbelievable creaking door all night. From 11pm to 5am every few minutes use noise. Also old bed linen on floor by the elevator.

I don't get why people are dissatisfied, I traveled around japan and this is the best hotel I've been to overall (but prices were great b/c covid). Two spacious bed with extra 1 in closet. Kitchenet with fire stove and medium sized fridge. Great wifi. Extras include a projector, and in the office there is free coffee and soft drinks which is also nice. A/c and air purifier. You can even make free phone calls to selected countries, including US. Location is fantastic, middle of night life but you don't hear a sound. The place is clean, but some things aren't in good condition (the a/c was missing a screw on the wing, towel holder by sink falls, but nothing major). The greatest inconvenience is the check in. The office is in a different building. From the hotel entrence there's a map, but you can take a short cut through the small door at the left side of the parking lot toward the next street. Go through the small alley than take a right, and you're there. If you go to the left there's a nice supermarket, so that's a bonus. Anyway, I really enjoy it, and it deserves better score than it's getting.

The reception and the entrance of the hotel are different, It is a pity that the key number was written incorrectly. You can watch YouTube and Prime Video on the projector, and you can also have a free smartphone. But the free smartphone was in English. The kids looked happy. I want to use it when I come to play again.

It will be a so-called Airbnb-like hotel. At the time of first check-in, please approach the staff from the entrance directly in front of the road. Once you have the key number, go outside and enter through the back door. There was more than a hotel inside. There is a projector and light that can project the room like a movie, and it is almost complete with kitchen knives and cooking utensils. If you go there, you will be overwhelmed by its charm. The room is full of spacious beds. The advantage is that the beds are large and many people can stay. There is an extra 1300 yen per person I made a reservation for 6000 yen and paid 11300 yen for 4 people.
