Good location only and typical Japanese business style rooms and sizes along with services. Be careful of the smoking floors or being above or below them as the smell can be unbearable
Watch out! This might be the trick that this hotel always plays!
I ordered twins-bed, but when I arrived hotel they told us only one person can leave in, they will charge the other person. The expense was so high, that was definitely as high as the expense of hot spring hotel.
I have been to Japan so many times. I encountered the charge specification first time ever! And the hotel staff said, “you have no way but pay the bill.”
The breakfast is unsanitary, so is the environment. The room is smelly, and we found Menstrual blood on the bed!
Helped us out with a misplaced item of luggage. Very enjoyable stay
The room was quite crowded. Very limited space. We booked 2 double rooms for 3 people and thought that the twin bed might be more suitable for 1 person.
We did enjoy the simple soft drink bar on the first floor. Hot cocoa, coffee, miso soup, tea and water were available, until 12 p.m.
The breakfast was amazing!
Both Japanese and western were served, and the fresh local vegetables just amazed us. Really gave us an energetic day.
Best Hotel and cheap. All staff very good service.
