Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Room was very clean. They upgraded me to a twin room which was very much appreciated. They even gave me a face mask. Room has a safe and they give complimentary bottled water. The pillows are a bit too soft and flat for me so I had to use 2. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. Can access unimall underground. This is the best hotel on my trip.

No complaints. Location is fantastic, pricing is commensurate with the location, staff are fine and proficient in English, room is clean and reasonably sized by Japanese standards. My complaints are very minor, things like towels being outside the bathroom and lack of universal power sockets / USB.

This is our first stay in the Royal Park hotel, but it will not be our last. It's an excellent hotel and staff are very professional. We have had an excellent 3 night stay and will return in the near future. Our thanks to the hotel and staff. Great job

A super well located hotel in Nagoya. Don’t get discouraged by the mega small lobby.. the rooms are small but not ridiculously small. Their beds are super comfortable and the room is very well equipped for all new needs like wifi, power outlets and commodities like pijamas, toiletries, coffee and tea service in the room, etc The staff is good and very cordial. When approached they help you out as much as they can. The restaurant is not as great as others and their breakfast is repetitive and not appealing whatsoever. Next time we will not buy the breakfast in advance. The location cannot be better! A very modern nice and good place to stay in Nagoya
