I lived on the 8th floor, once you stepped out the elevator, it's filled with smell of cigarette smoke. When I entered my room, the smell was much more stronger. The a/c was off, so I turned it on, it was getting worse and worse. Maybe because the a/c is central control system, it circulated the smoke smell throughout the rooms. I went my trip with my family members who also complained on suffering the same issue. I was so shocked that why a high end hotel can still let people smoking inside a air-conditioned environment. I saw a smoking cabinet in the lobby. It's ridiculous! I travel lot of places, I have never encountered such unpleasant experience. This is hurting customers health!

City hotel, 4 stars standard, rooms typically small but has all the necessary items, clean, tidy and organized. Staff are polite and well trained. Lots of food outlets nearby and conveniently located next to the subway.

A quite good hotel, I imagine, for Japan, not excessively costly, but here the life does not seem to be costly. Breakfast is nice, they have milk and yogurth, but natural yogurth is not available (sugar is everywhere) ; they have salad and cherry tomatoes as well. It is a nice place, in the middle of a very alive area, close to Nagoya Station, with a lot of shops. I think I would recommend it

My tourist guide said the room of hotel in city is small yeah, it's small compare with others hotel,but i don't really mind it.Although i had an bad experience in this hotel,the room have bad smell like smoke actually when i step in the floor from elevator i smell the smoke that make me feel so bad....The eqiupment in the room are sufficient but some of the chair is dirty...The most thing that i like is this hotel was located in the middle of city,i mean there are a lot of shopping centre,shop near the hotel and also we can go to subway by walking foot,it is very convenient!

Old fashion big hotel. Nothing special to say... they have a full range of services... but stil offer rooms for the poor basterds like me. Great job
