When will the staff be able to work independently? There are too many staff members who cannot. Only humans like Kometsukibata who are obedient to the people above. Is human resources education not done, is hiring strange in the first place, or is the upper people incompetent? As the baby boomer generation finally disappears, I think it will not change for about five years when the sea urchins who report to them disappear, so I may have to be patient. After that, I hope that I will no longer be a civil servant of the Showa era who works as a government office.

I'm currently moving to the new building. I had a business in the National Pension Division, and when I went to the main building, I was told to go to the new building, so I set foot for the first time. it's beautiful.

Depending on the section, the attitude is quite different. The welfare section has a bad response. I've done a few times to look down.

➀ Civil Division ignore the voice of the citizens is too much. Construction priority neighborhood is ignored. It is the lowest Point of ➀ agree violently. It is completely ignored. ➁ Citizens Tax Division also fairly attitude is bad. ➂ mistake even apology also None. ➃ say that was blurring intimidation. ➄ City Hall is not the thing called work. These evaluation of ➁~➄ I think that hit the target. For now I wish to fundamental reform. Well, Inazawa City has many poor people such as Filipinos, Brazilians, and single-parent families who came to work at factories and pubs and are not educated. I guess it's impossible. After that, the building is pretty cool. I guess it was cutting edge about 50 years ago. And it can be inferred that Inazawa City also had some money at that time. Because once the attachment to the city that was born and raised Inazawa have, I hope sincerely improvement.
