Love this ryokan, they have a private bath you can rent for 2K yen for 50minutes, you can choose from 4 different private bath. This ryokan is just in front of Zao bus station, very convenient. Food is also fantastic! I enjoyed the shabu shabu dinner. It is quite an old hotel, don't expect the facilities to be up to date. The room has no shower/bath, need to use share bath or rent the private bath.

Great and sweet place, even decoration a little old, treat guests like their family, I will come here again if I get a chance to choose.

Although the environment is very nice and people in the recipient is very kind and nice. BUT some of the staff in this hotel is very disrespectful to the costumer. That cause me to put 2 star to this hotel.
